Costco stir fry veggies are sauteeing in grapeseed oil, soy sauce, ginger, onion and garlic powder...with tiny pieces of baked tofu. In the oven are sweet potato "fries" (cut round) topped with cilantro, grapeseed oil and onion and garlic powder...and some fresh ground sea salt.

What is grapeseed oil?
ReplyDeleteI have yet to try grapeseed oil. Does it have a flavor?
ReplyDeleteWell, it does have a slight flavor I think...I kind of just jumped in full force with using it for cooking without seeing if I liked the taste or not. I no longer use olive oil for cooking because it is very bad for you when heated! With grapeseed oil I use a lot less because it thins when heated and works amazing!! I love it :) The main reason I bought it, I will not lie, was because it was the cheapest organic alternative to olive oil that particular day at Freddies :)
